Alba Rosales 2021 0,75L zero zero After destemmingOrange wine from the Czech Republic. Grape variety: Pinot Gris Uncomplicated but make it funky! South of Brno lies Jaroslav Tesak's winery. He and his family cultivate barely a handful of hectares. Alba Rosales this is primarily Pinot Gris. Not overly intellectual, but joyful. Subtle tannins, no bulky tannins. That creates excitement! Especially with low acid grape varieties like Pinot Gris. The 2021 vintage is currently playful and drinkable!
